Called about our front door not locking or shutting, after sending some photos of what was happening, we managed to get the door locked. It’s so difficult finding someone who you can trust, when someone says they are talking themselves out of a job AND get you all sorted without coming out to; you know they are 100% trust worthy and not trying to ‘do you over’ but give you what is best for you the customer (which isn’t anyways the best for them as a business.) 100% would recommend without any doubt!

Really good and quick. I am very happy with my new door lock and especially with the service. Came a second time, just to show me how to properly lock the door at no extra cost.
Excellent service, fixed a new security lock (and replaced new locking mechanism on an internal door which was not on the original callout as an extra). Would have no issues with recommending Jay and Saltire Lock & Security Locksmiths
