It's a shame we can't review companies and leave negative stars. Unfortunately using Bathroom4Less has been a total disaster, and I regret it completely. Ignore the claims of 5-7 working day delivery, and if you get a delivery window don't hold your breath, their courier won't turn up. They'll then claim a delivery was attempted. Handy that I have a full CCTV setup showing this was an out and out lie. A disgrace to online retailing.
I've purchased a couple of bathroom items from Bathroom4less up till now & I was satisfied with the received products every single time. Would definitely recommend to do quality shopping for your bathroom.
Advertised nice shower screen on Amazon. Sent cheap alternative. Asked for collection and correct screen and got offered half price and keep cheap alternative. With Amazons help got full refund but left with cheap alternative to get rid of at my cost. Checked Amazon and advert now removed. False advertising does not work. Not using Bathrooms for Less again.
My basin taps came on the due date, very well packaged and just what I wanted. They have been fitted and I am very pleased with them. I will just mention a very minor point, in that there is no clear definition as to which is hot or cold, only a very insignificant letter "H" & "C" at the tip of each tap, almost impossible to see! (it doesn't worry me)

Item exactly as described, seller send me VAT invoice and shopping info and item arrived well on time. Time will tell whether this is a durable mixer but so far it is working very satisfactory, even on low pressure system.
Bought a bathroom cabinet from this seller via Amazon. Delivered smashed (not visible from outside the box), ordered a replacement and this too was smashed in exactly the same way. Whilst still waiting for Amazon to collect both of them I had a string of email communications with this seller to see if they could help sort out a clean delivery - what a waste of time! They are totally not interested in helping a potential customer, and seem unworried that Amazon are holding or delivering a quantity of their products in a useless condition.
