I used Bathroom by Design for advice and choice of products for the refurbishment of my bathroom. The Sales Manager at Bathroom by Design was always very very helpful and accommodating. I was recommended Matrix (Ivan Naydenov) to refurbish my bathroom. His team (especially another workman called Ivan) were thorough, considerate and with excellent attention to detail. I was very pleased with the work and have no hesitation in using Bathroom by Design and Matrix again for future work.

Saida, from the aftersales team, was particularly helpful. Responses were prompt and everything was diligently sorted. I had a situation where I had to return excess items and order a replacement, Saida went over and beyond to help, organised a timely delivery and was very communicative throughout the process. An excellent company to deal with. Our toilet seats were broken in transit and the aftersales department were helpful, efficient and understanding. Our new toilet seats arrived two days later in perfect condition! Highly recommend!

I am absolutely thrilled with my master and en-suite bathrooms! Rupert and Nina made the whole design process effortless and the results are stunning. Silva fitted both and I cannot praise the workmanship and attention to microscopic detail enough. They were punctual, professional and tidy and simply a pleasure to have in my home. I went to the showroom and Rupert worked with my floor plan to come up with a plan for my ensuite. I wanted it turned into a wet-room to make us of the small space. Their prices for quality German and Swiss brands are fantastic (I could not find them cheaper elsewhere, I did try looking!) Rupert & Rubi (in after-sales) were both fantastic all the way though. As they only supply the bathroom there were a few issues with wrong parts etc however BathroomsByDesign were always reasonable and helped me resolve any problems. I'm left with a bathroom which guests describe as like a hotel and I'm sure when I'll use them again in the future.

I bought a number of bathroom items for our re-model 2 years ago. All items have been of good quality and couldn't fault the service. Now 2 years down the line I contacted the company to ask about replacing the seal on our shower door, which had perished due to being in a hard water area. Saida from after sales responded quickly and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. I am now due to receive a new seal free of charge as a gesture of good will. Fantastic customer service!
