The 'Posh' Eastern European lady who works there has a massive chip on her shoulder. Huge attitude problem and absolutely no customer service skills. I was asking simple questions to break the silences like where do the clothes go and got no response apart from a mumble under her breath. No eye contact. Was like she was disgusted by me. A few minutes later made a comment about the weather. Totally ignored me while she checked and bagged my Ted Baker, DKNY, Diesel and top quality branded clothes. Would never go here again. I'd rather BURN my clothes than take them here. Disgusting experience.

Amazing service !! Very nice lady, very helpful and friendly!! Been using them for few years now!! Would recommend to everyone!! They do not buy Asian clothes though not sure why someone says they only buy Asian clothes !!
