Fantastic customer service. One of the best I've ever known. Said if he couldn't come the same day he would come and fix my dryer the very next day. Very true to his word and both friendly and professional. He kept the prices very low and even fixed my dryer dial so it dried on the right setting free of charge. He gave me a set price without a call out fee. The price he quoted was even cheaper on the day. No hidden charges at all. Couldn't thank him enough. He was so friendly and laid back. So fast and so prompt. So professional and friendly. It felt like a social visit rather than a professional one.
