Thought id leave a review to say how pleased I am with my treadmill. How easy and quick the whole process was with the current restrictions and how good communication was via email. Simon was extremely helpful. Ordered was processed and received in 10 days. Fabulous Thank you. Will definitely be buying from here again

Fine, until there’s a problem and then they are terrible! Only delivered part of my order, but XDP said they delivered it so that’s that, even though no proof. Phone calls were a waste of time, emails take a week to get a response each time and the chat thing is useless as well. Thankfully I spoke to someone called Andrew who was helpful and sorted it but taken a month. Shame as well stocked when most other have nothing in.
Product received and all parts was there and great. XPD are quite terrible at alerts and updates however they did deliver In good time
Do not buy from here absolutely rubbish customer service skills, been three months since I have been contacting them regarding my elliptical machine that has one year guarantee they were suppose to come and check it out but instead I’m getting passed around from person to person and nothings been done guarantee will be expiring soon. I haven't even used the product and it has stopped working already. Update just rang customer service and he deliberately hung up on me when I mentioned I wanted an update on my faulty items. If I could give zero I would please guys DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOT!!! not worth it!
RE B15 BODYMAX BIKE - DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE UNDER 5'3". EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COST. MY REVIEW HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE!! I purchased the B15 bike over two months ago. The bike arrived, but it is simply too big for me - I am 5;2" and I can barely reach the pedals. I cannot cycle sitting on the seat. I checked the website - nowhere did it mention a hieght restriction. I complained and asked for a refund - they then said they can send me an adjusted seat. This was over a month ago...still no seat. So now I have send several emails (THERE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY MANNED PHONE LINES AND OF COURSE THEY BLAME THIS ON COVID...) and still no seat, no collection, no refund. This is an expensive bike. The same thing is available much cheaper elsewhere. Given the appalling experience I and others have had, please save your money and time and go elsewhere. If you are under 5'3" please do not buy their bikes...And please do not buy from them unless you are absolutely sure of the product because the after-sales is appalling. Interestingly, I had placed this same review TWICE on their website which has been removed. So you know that you cannot trust this company.

Excellent service , ordered my gym equipment and treadmill just in time for lockdown. Could not be more happy with both my purchases . Cant wait to order more , excellent customer service and installation and delivery of equipment. Thankyou one very happy customer.
