Great service even in testing times. The repair was great and exceeded my expectation! Fully recommend, I approached other companies who told me the Wheel was beyond repair! Transalloy had no doubt at all that they were able to do it and that they did!

Had my wheels done with these guys and even though they agreed they had a bad batch of lacquer when they did my wheels exactly 12 months ago they refused to repair the oxidation on every wheel because due to lock down I couldn’t get to the shop and have refused to contact me when the owner came off his holidays. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else. For a better job and better customer care.

I had 3 alloys repaired by these so called professionals after my Mercedes dealer had informed me of 3 cracked alloys on 13 Feb 2019. The one star is that Transalloy wheels got my car in 2 days later to repair these, for which I paid 234 on 16 Feb 2019. I am lucky because I drive 3500 miles a month for work so have short intervals between services, or I would have not known the repair was substandard until maybe a year later. In May 9 3019, my dealer found all 3 alloys had cracked again EXACTLY WHERE THEY HAD BEEN REPAIRED. I was informed by the alloy specialists that the repairs were hurried and so substandard, that the cracks had opened up again. I have tried to numerously email, phone and sent a recorded delivery letter and finally received an acknowledgment to provide a contact number, to discuss this matter, although I had done so on every occasion I attempted to resolve this issue. However after waiting months, I have not received any response at all. I have therefore had no choice but to reluctantly pay for 3 alloy wheels to replace the ones that were cracked. I have all receipts and communications as well as the Dealership videos for the two above dates showing the cracks in the alloys (that my car’s main dealer provided) and their reappearance. Having reported them to the council’s Trading Standards unit I am informed Transalloy Wheels are not members of any accredited, professional or experts organisation that could be used for conplaints. So they answer to no one. I will now be suing these so-called experts. If you do decide to use them PAY BY CREDIT CARD as this is the only way you will protect your money.
