I’ve been after a certain bow for some time and because I just couldn’t find what I wanted I thought I’d get in touch with Aim. Ten minutes later they replied had exactly what I was looking for they agreed a price and offered great service. I took them straight away. Bow is here and it’s a beauty totally what I wanted well packaged and clearly recently serviced before being sent. Linda, Karen and Ian all fantastic when UPS wasn’t playing ball and the bow arrived today. So far I’m going. For a four as it’s really first time I’ve dealt with them... a new hard case is on the horizon next and if they do as well with that as they did with my bow it’ll be upgraded to a 6* review Can’t recommend these folks enough.

My six year-old son and I went on a school trip to Aim Archery as part of their Robin Hood topic. We all had a fantastic time. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly especially when working with the children. A wide range of equipment was available. All set in beautiful grounds. Would definitely recommend for both adults and children.

The young lady (forget her name unfortunately) who served me on my visit was absolutely brilliant! I had heard good things about this place and she definitely did it proud. I will certainly buy from them again. I got a full bow setup and, after choosing my Riser (RCX-100), she helped me with everything else, including where I should best spend my money and even some useful colour tips for the bows look. Superb store with the kind of customer service other stores should benchmark to.

I was looking to purchase a new bow and knowing that there is sometimes a delivery delay on some products, I gave Aim Archery a call. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The item I called about was in stock so I decided to visit the next day. I should have asked more questions on the phone because part of the bow (the riser) was out of stock. The young man that dealt with me said they could get one in in a couple of days, but I wanted my new bow then and there. I asked him about possible alternatives. He showed me some other risers and I decided on the Win & Win Winex, with Win act VT Limbs. I was actually shown much cheaper limbs, but I wanted them to match the bow. The bow is absolutely stunning. We then went out to the range (which looks fantastic) and shot a few arrows to make sure I was happy with the bow. I'm glad the product I was going to buy was out of stock, because I think I have ended up with a better purchase. A polite and knowledgeable sales person who was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely buy from Aim Archery again. As they say on eBay A

I'm afraid I had the same experience with the ordering issues. Didn't have the limbs I was after. It was only after a week and me calling them that I was informed of this and nothing similar in stock. I can see that quite a few others have had this issue hence the 4 stars. However went in to see them and they were very helpful esp as I am brand new to archery. Would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the delayed/ no info order. I would recommend but I'd say call the order through....

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an archery target from this website over 2 weeks ago and selected the 3-5 day shipping option. After a week I still hadn’t received my order so I rang and they told me it would be delivered the following week. I waited and still did not receive my target. I rang them again last Friday only to be told that they didn’t even have the target in stock. I asked for a refund and for them to send a confirmation of refund which they said they would (but of course didn’t). I have since rung multiple times and there is no answer. Appalling customer service - the least they could do is reply seeing as they still have hold of my money..

I went at the end of the summer and had a great time on an experience session with my friend. It started to tip down with rain but our group carried on as we were already a little wet and having a great time. Looking to do my beginners course shortly.
