I have been isolating since early March so was very nervous about taking my car for its annual service and MOT. However, Philippa Brown ensured I felt safe and was safe from the minute I arrived. There is a hand sanitising station on entry to the showroom and masks, clear self distancing directions and see through screens at the Service Reception. Every area had been disinfected and was kept clean regularly. My car was, likewise, after its service. I was able to sit apart from everyone and all the staff respected my need to self distance without being asked. Thank you, Wilmoths, for changing a scary day into a very good day. Thank you, Philippa, for taking very good care of me whilst the Service Team took good care of my car.This was a good experience all round and I, therefore, warmly commend Wilmoths to anyone who needs their expertise.

Friendly and Welcoming!! Very professional and I could take my time choosing a car. Adam explained everything clearly, as I am on the mobility scheme. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to others.

The arrogance of the staff there is something that comes across as somewhat systemic - once a customer is deemed 'not worthy', it's like they all treat you with a level of discourtesy that is only one step above tolerable respect. We got treated with the lowest case of customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that the managers approach to our attempts at contact were all ignored - all the while we were assured the he was dealing with it. Great example of how not to 'manage'! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Egotistical, braggarts who hide behind their company veil.
