Brilliant family run gym. I started with their brilliant 6 week challenge over a year ago, I am now 3 stone lighter and haven't looked back. Love the ladies only evening classes great group of people, hard work but fun too x

I have never been to the gym before and being plus size i felt very nervous about goin but now i treat it like a second home its not clicky at all and everyone that goes there is so friendly nice and encouraging it is a family run and there always happy to help i dont feel out of place at all and my fitness has improved and also made some new friends i would highly recommend to everyone and as a result my whole family attend now and my youngest daughter attends kickboxing which is next door there is a good choice of equipment and great competitive prices to.
