Paid 48.00 for delivery of a kitchen sink which was being fulfilled by BCG. I WAS given a specific delivery date (hence the 1 star). However on the day of delivery nothing had arrived by 5.20pm so I called to find out what was happening. I was then told that the parcel was actually still at the depot of the courier and wouldn't be delivered that day. My telephone number was on the paperwork, it would have taken somebody 30 seconds to call and say it was going to be delayed. BCG told me it wasn't their fault because they had outsourced to another company to complete the delivery as they don't deliver in my area. Pass-the-parcel, pass-the-buck. I was instructed to complain to the company I bought the sink from. A pretty strange comment, as I would be complaining to their client, who could decide to no longer use them as a supplier. For 48.00 I expect at least a 2 star service. I'm positive that such a carefree attitude will serve them well in the future.
