This studio is a gem of a place. Don't be deterred by the initial vision, this studio has so much heart, soul and community; not to mention awesome classes and great instructors. Altho primarily a Bikram Studio, there are also Inferno Hot Pilates classes which are phenomenal for fitness and tone. I totally recommend Bikram Edinburgh. Enjoy your time here!

A spacious, welcoming, well equipped school, providing a space for community and serenity in urban Edinburgh. The schedule caters to all and the 20 for 20 days introductory offer is a terrific chance to try Bikram yoga for an extended period of time without the pressure of a contract. If you haven't already, I strongly recommend you come and give it a try! Emma and her team will welcome you with open arms and you can be confident that you are safe in their care as they guide you through your practice. It's the best thing I have ever done for myself, and I could not speak more highly of the sequence and its benefits- for mind, body and spirit. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Bikram Yoga Edinburgh!

Amazing place with a variety of great teachers. Been practising here for almost 3 years now and its always been super friendly. Having previously worked in the leisure industry for a number of years, I can honestly say that Bikram yoga is by far the best workout for an equal balance of strength and flexibilty. Its also an extremely challenging workout for mind and body. Great value for money too compared to most gym memberships. If you sign up to their monthly direct debit you get unlimited classes with a timetable to suit all. Even if you only workout 3 times a week it still equates to under 6. a class. The postures themselves are not difficult - it is a beginners series, but staying in the hot room sometimes can be! So if you like a challenging workout that also has a huge list of health benefits, try it.
