No1 for online personal training! Like so many people - not just in England, but across the globe - solo lockdown workouts just weren't doing enough for me. A few mates tried to get me involved in Zooms, but I wanted the motivation I previously had, in person, from a personal trainer. After hours (seriously, I must have lost a day or two scouring profiles and testimonials) I plumped for James. The FREE consultation was a massive plus, further enhanced by his honesty and realistic expectations for what I could achieve with, at the time, limited equipment in my flat. Quite remarkably, I live at the opposite end of the country to James, but will genuinely consider sticking with him post-lockdown. As a personal online trainer goes, he fits the bill and ticks all boxes. Can't thank him enough.
