I have ordered some items online which I was told when I ordered them that they would be available for collection by a certain day.at the Beaconsfield office. I rang up the store in beaconsfield and the woman was very blase about when it will arrive, and was ot at all reassuring. She constantly talked over me which is rude especially when you are the customer.and didn't understand my question. She did not apologise. There are so many good people out of work why does the store employ people with such poor customer service? I will use another store next time.
