The way I was treated here yesterday was appalling, my friend and I visited the store and because of the two customer limit we had to wait outside (which we were fine about due to the current situation) my friend went in first I waited roughly another 10mins. I wasn't in the store a minute when the sales assistant asked if I could leave because another customer was waiting outside and she assumed me and my friend were shopping together, we explained that it would be two separate transactions but no I had to leave. How rude and unprofessional. I left the store and took my custom to Holland and Barrett which is only a couple of doors down. I appreciate the current situation but there is a way to treat customers during this time and this isn't it!

Really friendly staff, I've become a regular customer and I love going in because they always give such a welcoming atmosphere. Recently I tried to get the ingredients for a recipe I had never tried and I had no idea what to look for, thankfully they were on hand to help with everything I needed, always love a visit
