Its oh so easy to tell people when you have had bad service, but when you have exceptional service, this too needs celebrating! Whilst I don’t have the best, nor the worst credit history, I am conscious of providing sensitive information to new people, I was a victim of a scam and it impacted my credit file, Billy was able to listen and understand the circumstances and take into consideration all aspects he felt the funder may need to satisfy the underwriting process. I never felt silly or had to repeat information to him which made the whole transaction between Bear Credit and the funder so smooth! Billy was professional yet personable and always available to respond to my emails, kept me posted via calls too and never missed a call or email when promised one. He liaised regularly with the retailer I purchased from to ensure a smooth process when processing the funds and even followed this up to make sure they were received and actioned. Making the whole process less stressful and I didn’t need to chase anything. Leading up to the day I received confirmation of the date I can collect my car, Billy was even on hand to ensure they did this too. I cant thank him enough! If anyone is looking for a loan to finance a car and has no idea where to begin, I cannot recommend Bear Credit enough! They will look after you and your custom will feel valued!
