First of all I think store is great management and supervisors need to learn how to first treat staff who work in every beauty base store. Out of no way manager and supervisor act like boss and head of everyone who works in their absolutely no humility. Well staff member is doing something not even completed his job supervisor and manager will add extra more work on the person but other corners supervisor and manager Chatting , stand or goes back and in front the poor staff has no words no option but does quietly. As I said early they are the one who puts their sweat efforts and hard times in everything they do don’t let’s such staff be done but change the mind set attitude behaviour supervisor and manger who can have positivities real smile and little fun and see the difference staff happiness to work.. Please took into it think about it make a difference in their life and works place ..

Spoke to a lovely lady called Meena, i believe. I called the head office to find out when a particular lipliner will be arriving at a store, i never had such fantastic customer service through a phone. I had a problem with a store answering me and Meena has sorted out my question in less then a minute whereas when i called Westfield Stratford City i kept having the phone being passed on etc... I hope many stores have an employee like Meena. Great service 5/5!!!
