I had to edit my review because I’ve been back there several times and my first experience does not compare to my later experiences. Unfortunately the biggest problem at this salon is customer service. The actual manicures are good although it takes forever sometimes to communicate things to the staff, particularly if the one person that speaks English is not there. Their precise are high, but worth it for perfection. Unfortunately with changing technicians, perfect has been lost and if you walk away spending 100 on your nails and they aren’t even uniform, it can be pretty puzzling. There was one time where I got banned to a different, lower quality technician. Simply because a different customer came in, for a emergency appointment, I was willing to pay extra to get her nails done. That was really frustrating, considering I’d already paid. My nails looked supplier for the price, and the customer service experience is truly poor. In luxury you pay for great customer experience, with constantly changing staff?, poor communication and bad management. This salon misses the mark. If anyone knows anywhere in London that does great bio gel extensions, please let me know. I won’t be returning here.

Highly recommend to visit this beauty salon! Perfect service, nice atmosphere and professional stuff! Enjoyed my manicure and pedicure there!
Con artists- did not honor booking, then charged me for service and refused to refund. The owner must be short on cash from burning money on tacky crystals for her vulgar vehicles if she has to scam for the small price of a pedicure! Insta vs. reality? Rude staff, I asked Elizaveta if I could speak with a manager, as she could not process a refund. Her response? "Sorry, I've got other jobs to do". Elizaveta and staff not following COVID protocol, clear from walking past the venue frequently. Venue looks filthy as well, the dark instagram friendly fabric doesn't hide the obvious lack of standards. Avoid at all costs!
I urge you to read the other reviews before visiting this 'salon'. I can't believe their outright nastiness and incompetence. Very unprofessional.

What a terrible terrible place. I urge you to avoid this horrendous company. They will take advantage of you and you will regret having stepped foot in there.
