I made a order on 1/12/2020 they firstly took 4 payments out of my account! This was refunded but then my order never arrived. I contacted them and they said it would be with me in 5 days! No show again so I cancelled, I was again told to wait 17 days for a refund I’m still waiting 25 days later. After again emailing and being told to wait for a reply. This is so frustrating and I want my money back

AVOID!! You try and support the independants and this is how they pay you back. Ordered on the 12th Nov and 27th Noc. Now over a month later and nothing. Like the other reviews, they don't answer their phone and never call you back. Ordered with plenty of time but now short on product so forced to order again from Amazon last night and received it today. Also worked out cheaper.

Great brands at affordable prices. Set up a subscription of a product you use, and get it even cheaper. Haven't found it cheaper anyway else and the brand and products I love. Highly recommend using Zest Beauty.

ordered over two and half weeks ago, emailed 3 times, tried phoning no answer, have now requested a refund. I don't mind if things are out of stock but not keeping the customer updated is not acceptable in my book. Will not be using them again
