Rang this company to get a quotation. Promised a telephone call on the following Monday. Chased it up. Promised a phone call the following Monday. Again, nothing happened. I have now given up with this company. If you do not manage your busy times, your quiet times are going to be very, very difficult, as customers will have gone elsewhere. As a footnote, the other local company that I contacted turned up on time, and had me a quotation the following day.
We used John Wilson for our office move within Beccles and were delighted by their flexibility, care and overall friendliness. They were respectful of our property, arrived when they said they would (and even managed to come at a different time to help us out), and worked quickly. And their price was competitive.
