My cousin purchased two beds. One arrived damaged so she contacted them on Facebook to sort it out. They blocked her so she couldn't message them anymore! So I messaged them and they blocked me too! Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and leave you with damaged goods. Awful customer service!!

Bed ok, mattress is awful had only a week and its dipped where we lay, I've been suffering with back ache since I had it, it wasn't the mattress I thought I was getting I've complained several times but they have blocked me on fb and messenger, no one will return my calls, please do not buy from this company, I have done some research I think they operate under different names as they know they are conning people, I have reported to fb, I will be taking this further to trading standards
