Paid for the charging port of my phone to be replaced and was sent back a phone with a broken screen. Sent proof of the broken screen to James Bourne, who said it must have been the post fault and he will chase up damage insurance, which he never did. The damage to the screen happens commonly when amateur hands try to repair the charging port. This is why I paid for a professional to do it but he was not up to the task. Rather than admit his mistake and try to rectify it, he lied and stopped responding to hope it would go away.

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend. My son dropped his A6 and the screen stopped working. James fitted a new screen for a very reasonable price and quickly. Thank you.
