Dentist was kind gentle and symperthic..But only done half the job I asked her too. Left a chopped tooth which was digging into my tongue and made it very sore to talk, eat etc. Ive got to go back & pay all over again which is not fair or good business. 3 out of 10 Guys.

I had a cracked back tooth. She filled it temporarily without telling me! She was rude! Didn’t make me feel comfortable! They’ve cancelled 3 of my appointments and now the back tooth has cracked again. I also sensitive due to food stuck in there! I did explain brushing and flossing the front tooth made it worse and it needs to be cleaned which I booked an appointment for (3 appointments cancelled) It was literally 5 minute appointment.

Having had a bad experience at a younger age and not attended a dental practice in over 20 years. I was recommended flitwick dental practice by a friend. I saw a lovely dentist called Neha and her dental nurse Zoe, they made me feel comfortable and took their time to alleviate all my worries. I felt I was safe and secure and they made sure I fully understood my treatment plan and took their time to discuss my options every step of the way. I would highly recommended them.

If I could give them no stars I would! Takes an age to get through on the phone to make an appointment. I booked an emergency appointment for my husband for a filling as his tooth cracked. He took the day off work to attend and was told they couldn't do it at an emergency appointment. They booked him another appointment to have it done which he took another day off work for only to be told they had only booked a checkup appointment not a filling appointment, so they sent him away (taking his money for the filling they hadn't done yet!). On his third appointment, another day off work, they filled it. He later saw a surgical dentist at the L&D on another matter and they looked at the filling and said it would break in a few weeks (it did!). Apparently only an incompetent dentist who was only after your money would put a filling in of that type with my husbands bite force. You only need to see the 'target' sheet clearly on display at the back of reception to know you are only a number and not a patient! Haven't been back since and 100 down! Kings Dental down the road are 100% better.
