First time having a visit.. Sniffer dog loved me and after 2nd attempt with dog. I then had to be searched by lady guard after still nothing on me I only could get closed visit. After having to travel for 4hrs. get hotel overnight to then go to hmp to then Ave closed visit. Then to travel another 4 hours..
Due to an officer giving me false information over the phone I was unable to attend my visit to see my loved one after traveling several hours from south east London ! After the riots you would expect them to be on top of their system etc but my experience showed that is not the case. Totally unimpressed and I expect me to have no issues when I next attend the facility.
