Frustrating to get in touch with the relevant professional. Atrocious telephone system,booking system and lenght of time to get through. Still haven't managed to book an appointment,after spending more than an hour in the telephone que, each time I phoned for the past three weeks.

Perfectly fabulous julie in the bedford branch made me feel so safe and welcome. As a highly anxious person this was more then a success the staff were kind the place was clean and they really seemed to want to make there clients feel safe and welcome !!
Terrible, I came 15 minutes early, was one of the first people to enter the building and told the female receptionist I had to be at work by 2 so wondered how long it is likely to take. She then told me it should take around 20 minutes so I sat down, 2 hours later I am still waiting till this point. It is 10 past 3, I am 1 hour late for work and no one has yet to see me or acknowledge the situation I am in.
This place needs to shut down. All they are interested in making the numbers and filling up the paper works to rob off the government. I fully explained what was wrong with me, (which is serious) I had to wait a week and cancel work for an appoiment. To go and que up just to complete a form and told to come back another day. This place felt like a total scam and felt like they don't care about your health.
Been trying to make an appointment here for a few weeks now on the phone and keep being told they will only book 48 hours ahead and they have no appointments, despite me calling as soon as the lines open. Got told to go to a walk in which i got to as soon as reration opened. It was packed with no room to even stand and waited for hours all for a simple procedure to improve my health that doctors cant do. As this is the only clinic in bedford, they need better opening hours and more appointments.
