Absolutely awful experience from the sales team!!! very unprofesional. Taylors are big estate agents and were charging the most in regards to their sales fee. Was expecting much better, never comunicated with me when they found a buyer, when chasing always told Tony will call back with updated - he never did. Constantly lied to by their sales staff and led up garden path. Be warned everyone, if you want to sell your property DO NOT use these estate agents. Would recommend using Country Properties who are 100 times better and really quickly sold my property. I wasted a whole year with Taylors and still not sold my property and Tony did not have decency to phone me and let me know and got on of his minions to do it - anyway sold the property with country properties stright away and in process saved money on commision as Taylors will try to rip you off - be warned stay away from these guys!

My girlfriend and i just started renting a property in Bedford and had a great experience with Taylors. We dealt mostly with Ellie who was particularly helpful and quick at responding to queries! Would definitely recommend!
