Every swim is full of weed making all 3 lakes very difficult to fish indeed. Used to be great, was shocked at how it has changed over the years. Maybe if you go with the view to rake some swims (if the management allow of course) it might just be possible to see some of the double figure fish back on the bank again. The owner is very friendly and also aware of the challenges they face to bring it back to its former glory. The recent dry weather has dropped the water level too which means any bait you put down pretty much feeds the swans and not the fish!!

Save yourself some time and money and don't fish here. Nothing but weed and silver fish. Gone way down hill.
Excellent fishing really heavy carp good perch Rud tench and bream.
its ok because its local but some of the the trenches are full of weed and it gets anoying when ur trying to fish in peace and other people cast on the other side of the trench ur fishing in and get ur way just ignorant and shouldnt be allowed
Best place to go fishing , excellent food and service great value for money, all the family welcome
