Poor services , expensive flights ! Never again !

Flight cancelled, instead of full refund to my card they've decided that conditioning my to fly with them is a good idea. They've refunded the flight price on my unwanted blueair wallet to force me to fly with them Instead of any other company. Lowest price of the month is 9th of July they conditioned my to use my wallet only after 10th of July (by that time they increase the price 5-6 times and flight will be fully booked) . Useless services, useless customer services as they decided to switch phone numbers without giving you alternative number or notice of the fact. I hope they become rich with my 250 as I will never use them or my family or my friends or anyone I know that will ask me my opinion of blueair ! Try searching on google \is blueair a good company?\ I hope it helps even 1 person to see how useless they are and how they treat the same people that made them who they are. They are so cheap they didn't even afford paying Google to put they official website first in the list when you search blueair.

In a world where the actual quality of services is worse and worse by the day, today I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of Blue-Air, through its representative Adrian Danila from the romanian branch. I had a small issue with a reservation, I was called internationally very quickly, the problem was sorted in just a few minutes with lots of common sense and responsibility. Thank you for investing in good quality people, bravo Adrian Danila, bravo Blue-Air!

Flew with them 4 times in 2017. Check-in process had to be done in the airport or online via Facebook. I found the customer assistants not very helpful. The staff airport it's very nice and helpful. 3 out of 4 times, some of the flight attendants were unpolite and not customer oriented. Same goes for the cleaness of the aircraft. They are expensive for a low cost company with low cost services, offering low cost experience.
