OH DEAR !!!! Just spent 2 days in cabin 6 , first thing I noticed was the smell, looked around , in cupboards, microwave etc Cupboards had fresh mouse droppings in , microwave hadn't been cleaned, there was old food inside, i reported to reception, the cleaner had gone home so the lady gave me some flash and a cloth and I had to clean it myself !!! She also gave me a couple of disposal cups so we didn't have to use any cups etc , there was a scrapping of hand soap but it had been watered down, with COVID-19 etc you'd expect soap , couldn't relax in the state of the cabin just absolutely disgusting and dirty , and now the fishing.... OH DEAR well we should say lack of fishing , rods went out Friday afternoon, brought back in Sunday afternoon , would of had more luck leaving them in the van !!! There were 6 other cabins next to us, approximately 12 rods out and nobody had anything, not even a bleep !!! Which makes everyone wonder what stock of fish are in there ??? Wouldn't go back if it was free , save your money , go else where . Had a slight running with the owner when his 2 springer spanuals came bolting over to my dog very aggressive and growling at him , he jumped into my arms , i asked the owner why maybe they wasn't on a lead ?? He replied, very arrogant that they live there and why was I walking my dog i should of stayed at the cabin , he also said when a dog goes for another dog the worse thing i should do is pick it up as they will attack anyway !! He said I was lucky the other little dog wasn't there as it would of been a different matter !! He was very rude and vile !!!!!

I first found Weston Lawns about 2 yrs ago. The lady who works the reception has been great. The owner is a fantastic hard working chap and is always polite and chatty. I always have a couple of dozen fish, none huge but always great sport on Lake 3. Complaints about the dogs? They are lovely. Its a great place local to me. Only complaints I have is, the day goes way too quick and phone reception is good so my Wife keeps phoning me.

Well I fished this pool bout 20 yrs ago and it's not half as good as it was . I think it's very under stocked . But very nice people who run it but not enough money spent on the lakes cabins are lovely but USB sockets are very under powered. And I seen a couple of dead fish in the side . So there is obviously some sort of disease in the water . And I don't think there is any tench in there as they are known as Dr fish there slime is a natural antibiotic for the water and helps kill diseases and keeps there other fish healthy . Other than that it's OK. And theee prices are a little steep too you will have more luck fishing the m6

If I could leave no star review i would this place is a complete rip off!!! 97 for 1 night fishing 2 adults 1 child (who didn't fish he fell asleep!) No fish caught cabin was dirty to. The lady is rude an snappy. Clearly not the job for her. I'm assuming they don't even look at the reviews on here or things might of changed and they would stop over charging!!!

Just got back from a weekend stay here in cabin 10. What a fantastic place. Nothing is to much trouble. Fast, easy, stress free check in. Alison explained everything to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. T.v, shower, kitchen area etc. Lovely big decked area for fishing. Staff member (pong- i think his name was) was really helpfull helped me light log burner and was at hand when needed him again. Fish were looked after. Site was clean and felt secure. Alison is great- so friendly and made us feel welcome. Even brought our 9yr son a birthday card around. Will defo be returning and cant wait
