As a pond it ticks all the boxes I guess. It's quite aesthetically pleasing with plenty foliage around the bank. The fairly dense foliage dampens the traffic noise from the A580 very well. In fact when you are there it's easy to forget you are (By car) 30 seconds from the A580 and 2mins from the town centre or j24 of the M6. I'm not an angler so this next bit is definitely unqualified.... Its not a big pond and I couldn't see very many "Pitches" and of course I have no idea if it has many fish in ther
