I have a negative review for this that is ignoring my SMS and Direct messages after I transferred funds for a 3 hour booking that was cancelled 4 weeks prior To today with account name Siam Hallam which was priced at 105

A brilliant venue in the heart of Beeston that boasts enough Victorian character and industrial charm to be interesting whilst also being a 'blank canvas' that can be used any which way. I've used the space for meetings, parties, press launches and even VIP meet-and-greets. This studio is exponentially better for events than a parish hall and far less stale than a conference suite (not to mention substantially cheaper).

We held a fantastic private dinner here with my company Chateau Marmot. It’s a fantastically versatile space. Really helpful owner as well, who made the whole process really easy and friendly. Recommend highly.

I found the studio under equipped and over priced. I'd expected that lighting would be available but this was not the case. It's probably partly my fault as I'd never heard of the phrase Dry Studio before relating to the lack of lighting and all the ones I've booked in the past, with the exception of one, had lights and modifiers as standard. The images on the website support the view that lights are available as they are shown in the images and in a video on the site.. There were different coloured backgrounds available but these were impossible to use as they were standing in a corner. Because of the confusion I was not able to get all the images I'd anticipated taking. This was disappointing especially as I was shooting with two models and a MUA had also been hired. In addition, I'd driven from Wolverhampton to Wigan to pick up one of the models then driven to the studio, a journey of over thee and half hours. I asked for a discount as a good will gesture but this was refused. On a positive note there is a lot of space and plenty of windows giving natural light but on a dull day this would be a problem.
