I've never had any issues with Belfast Central. The links are quite good, the information boards advise of the departure times. What would help enormously, would be if they had ticket machines. They're available at glider stops for that service.

Great station. Very helpful and friendly service. Even got books to lend and return when I have read them along with one's I have in my apartment.

Efficient Covid security in place. Clearly laid out, accessible station with toilets, post box and in non-lock down times, a shop and cafe.

No retailers are opened and no vending machines that take card payment. Staff are always friendly though.

Central Station. Now Named Lanyon Place Station. The toilets have recently been renovated and are now lovely, fresh and bright with more cubicles and drying facilities. The new cafe is fresh and bright, unfortunately due to the Pandemic it is closed at present.

Sofas fantastic! DFS eat your heart out! Great mattress department also, and got a cracking buy on a set of Mickey mouse pillow cases.

Cover your ears some of the passing train screeches will literally deafen you, vending machines out of stock regularly but then it is covid era. If you're going to Bangor make sure you check if it's the Express or all stops. After 20 years I still get stuck in Bangor lol
