I'm not sure why people like here so much. It's very expensive and the portions are tiny. My dad's prawn curry had three prawns in it, my mum's Thai basil chicken was at most half a breast. You have to pay extra for rice. My veggie pad Thai was mostly carrot and also randomly potato (I asked for tofu to be added which they did). My sisters soup was the only decent sized portion. My mum and sister liked theirs. I wasn't fussed on mine. Dad was still starving. There was an issue with smoke from the kitchen and the entire restaurant was coughing. I had to stand outside as it was annoying my asthma.

The Bo Tree Kitchen have a really good menu and also a separate vegetarian menu. The mushroom soup is quite hot but tasty. Also the broccoli and other vegetables were added to the bhajis. It was the best sticky rice I've ever had and along with the curries it was really luscious. The staff are quite polite and helpful. If you're to go on a Saturday (not sure about Friday) then you better make a reservation for this place for it is quite busy! Nice ambience and worth visiting!
Bo Tree’s curries are absolutely delicious, definitely our favourite spot in Belfast any time we fancy great Thai food!
Best Thai Food in Belfast. Hands down. Great vegan and vegetarian options too. Very low prices and casual dining. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely the best Thai place in Northern Ireland! Thank goodness that we live so close to Bo Tree Kitchen. We get take outs from the restaurant almost every week because we just cannot resist the temptation. Just pick any dish from their menu. I guarantee it will be fabulous!
