Excellent experience. I was a bit overwhelmed by the choice in the store. An employee called Ryan helped me with kayaks. I have to say that he was phenomenal. Calm, knowledgeable and not pushy about sales - and I'm pretty sure it wasn't his section. Anyway - perfect employee. To be highly commended. The guy at the till (Alexis?) was also incredible. Friendly and explained very clearly the click and collect service. Many thanks all.

Was in your store on Sunday and received excellent customer service and advice about a pair of hiking shoes from your employee Conor. Even though myself and other customers were bombarding him with questions, he was incredibly friendly and polite to everyone.
Great store full of some awesome outdoor clothing and accessories. The store covers a variety of sports and is well stocked. They have a great range for kids of all ages too at some really good prices. Definitely recommend and has some well known brands as well as their own ranges.
The range of goods in this super store is massive. High quality goods at down to earth prices. Loads of special offers seem to be on most of the time. Check the bikes out ! Very keen prices.
Best place to have adventure gears under one roof. You can get best quality with reasonable price. May it be camping, hiking, water sports, golf, running, horse riding, swimming, football, badminton, tennis, cycling. You shall get everything here. There is lot more than you expect. I love decathlon.
Best sportswear store in the area,great ranges in hiking and running and their bikes are good quality too. Staff very helpful and friendly and well worth a visit.
Very disappointed with Decathlon. I get to tills to pay for items then told card only. I would appreciate if this shop could tell its potential customers of this before they enter the shop. No stars. Only one good thing young girl very helpful to me to show me where product was. Staff a checkout no help and ignorant.
Was in decathlon yesterday with my 2 kids needing hockey and cricket gear. I didn’t have a clue about sizing and what to get, but one the employees Conor could see I was completely lost and offered his assistance. He was brilliant in his advice and sizing the bat and stick plus all the necessary clothing. And even though understandably they couldn’t try any of the clothes on, everything he chose fitted perfectly. Made what I was expecting to be a stressful shop very easy. I definitely recommend all parents to shop here for any of their kids sporting equipment.
