Took over 17 months to fulfill a subject access request which should have taken no more than one month. The staff dealing with the request , including senior management, were obstructive, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. End result was a complaint to the ICO about their conduct and a rap on the knuckles for HSCB for breaching GDPR. They handed over the data to me a year and a half later after the ICO intervened.

This health board poor service, poor communication and the complaint you send are past on by that board to people that are complaint about to investigate themselves. Some Health System run by Stormont.
