Completed two NEBOSH Certificates with Health Matters. NEBOSH National Certificate in General Occupational Health and Safety and NEBOSH National certificate in Construction Health and Safety. The teaching was informative and enjoyable and was adapted to still continue during COVID19. Very supportive and always keeping you informed on deadlines, exam dates and what is required at regular occasions. 100% recommend Health Matters and look forward to completing further training here in the future.

My recent experience with Health Matters was absolutely terrible. Reception administration staff need to learn people skills and treat students with respect. Was advised to come to this company due to google reviews. I’ve done first aid before but not impressed with this company. Toilets dirty and smelling. One of the male students stated that their toilets was not being cleaned properly and had terrible smell. Equipment to learn CPR dirty and broken. Glad to have finished the course and and will never use this company again and advise others not to waste their money paying for overpriced training.

I wasn't sure how this training would work with the current covid situation. But Health Matters were professional from start to finish. There was water, pen, snack and a clip board on my well spaced seat with everything I needed. Well done guys will definitely be back.

Recently completed the Mental Health First Aid course. Lisa, the tutor, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic. She coped very well with the new digital classroom that we found ourselves in. Would highly recommend the course to any individual or business who want take positive steps into supporting mental health in the work place

I attended a CSR safety course with Health Matters. The trainer was engaging and delivered the course well. This is the second time I have used Health Matters for CSR and will be contacting them again in a few years to renew.
