When I finally got through after waiting 50mins the female agent put me on hold hoping im going to hang up... she doesnt know im the champion of watching paint dry. Shes an idiot because Ive got her ID and will be leaving the feedback after the call to HMRC...
Tried calling twice now and both times it just says "we can't take your call right now, goodbye". Waste of my time.
