In a time of financial difficulty I called LPS to make a payment from an alternative account for my bill on Thursday the first gentleman was lovely the second dealing with direct debit was extremely insensitive yawning down the phone while he asked for my address and he said well I can't change that so while thinking I said OK ok as in let me think and he mimicked me OK ok... Well what abruptly. I said I'd just need to borrow money he said OK and hung up the phone. I'm in tears not only am I a vulnerable person with a disability there was no consideration what so ever and it disgusts me LPS does not offer alternative financial options and I will now end up in debt. Thanks very much Stephen I'll let u get back to your bed.

Can not get payments right. Threating to take me to court. Who not doing there job right. Paying rates for justice what a joke. Never got justice.

Im a landlord, and every year the lps muck up my payments and then take me to court. Last year was issued a credit card like payment card which had 4 property addresses on it, regular payments were made but guess what, another court letter as some of the payments were transfered into a closed account. Only a very small amount of staff actually are helpful, when you can finally get through to them, the majority just a waste of tax payers money
If it was a company in the private sector it would be bankrupt terrible customer service no one can sort a simple problem passed from person to person department to department email address to email address and of course still sending final demand and court letters i have no alternative but too let them take me to court now so I can make a fool out of them in front of the magistrate what a waste of tax payers money
