Shame they use covid to avoid work. Offered them money to wire up and calibrate my new cinema but as I COULDN’T buy it off them they refused my business since I didn’t buy it off them, which I was unable to do. So as result they lose that business and my further business. I’d you can throw away 30k covid furlough must be working well. I’m sure they’re great but I’ll never know.

First visit to Lyric yesterday, looking for a turntable for my son. The sales advice was friendly and comprehensive and we left with a Rega Planar 2. Set it up today and it sounds great. Obviously they stock a lot of very expensive high end equipment and we were looking for something within a relatively modest budget, but the guy spent the time with us, went through all the options and we decided on the Rega. So overall, a very good first impression and we will definitely be back.
