The staff here are useless. When I got to my seats they were taken by others. I asked the seat guide to move them. She didn't, she got a second person over and they didn't move them. Both went to get more help. No one came. I got a supervisor to come. But in the end I threatened the people there to move or I would move them. They moved. I emailed the Odyssey and 5 months later and several email later still no reply from management. Get there early and get your seat. Expect no help from staff or management.
Really liked this arena when watching Belfast vs Sheffield. Although this is an arena it’s quite intimate and the views of the ice was good. Doesn’t feel like you are squashed close to the next person. Food in here was half decent for an arena and pricing pretty reasonable.
A great venue for gigs, wonderful layout for the stage, staff and security were fantastic, I would definitely attend another gig here in this wonderful city.
Great for events, can seem lonely when nothing on though!
