Customer services are terrible, seriously reconsider before relying on this company. Phoned and requested 6 signs to be made on the 11th september, told they would be ready to collect on the 14th September. I made it clear on the original call we needed these signs urgently and to email me to collect them on the 14th when they where ready, i could not have been any clearer we needed them urgently. Called today to chase (24th september) to be rudely told by Janine they would not making anything else for our company because we previously got a quote for work and we did not proceed, and they wanted to chat with us before making the signs to ensure we actually wanted something this time. It has been 13 days since i made the original call and we recieved no such call was placed from otwc and we were left to chase them thinking our signs where made. Would expect better service from a supposed market leading company.
