My boiler stopped working late on a Saturday evening and I called a few companies that did not answer however when I called Paul early Sunday morning he was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour too! It was such fast and efficient service ! Would highly recommend!

My 18 year old gas boiler came abruptly to the end of its useful life on Sunday 29th December. Paul had warned me at the service 12 months previously that it didn’t have long to go, so this was not entirely unexpected, albeit at a very inconvenient time of year. However Paul called out on Sunday and made it safe then found a supplier open on Monday 30th, obtained and installed a new boiler, all operational by 15:00hrs. A very tidy installation, with all waste removed and taken away. Topped off with 5 years warranty. I can’t imagine anyone else responding so promptly in the Christmas & New Year holiday period. Highly recommended!
He was rude to my pensioner dad, didn't explain anything, capped a pipe and charged 65 for the pleasure of his wonderful customer service. Have to get someone else now to do the actual work as I'll not be going anywhere near him again.
