Adam is a fantastic guy who welcomes you and puts you at ease from the minute you contact him. His expansive knowledge and passion are a class apart and his desire to specifically tailor a programme to suit your needs make you feel fully confident of achieving your goals. I contacted Adam early in the year but due to health issue's leading to surgery I had to delay my start with him until April/May but thanks to his advice on eating habits and nutrition I had already began to lose a small amount of weight. My target was to lose enough weight and build up a suitable fitness level to get back to playing amateur league football. At 35 this was a daunting prospect but thanks to Adams help and encouragement I have managed to go from 14 stone 5 pounds down to 12 stone 5 pounds. I feel stronger and fitter than I have done in a long time and am confident that I will be able to compete again, something I never thought would be achievable. I really can't thank Adam enough for his help and advice. A real gent who's knowledge is only outdone by his friendliness and patience. Would recommend Adam to anyone wanting to start out on a personal plan no matter what age, weight, fitness level or goal.
Been working with Adam for over a year now. Great trainer to work with, explains well but also listens. Monitors all aspects of your health - physical & mental. As a qualified nutrionist means he's also qualified to advise on nutrition, not something all PTs can do.
I trained with Adam for a year. He has an approachable, down to earth personality that, I expect, means he can find common ground and get along with anyone. He never makes you feel silly or self-conscious, patiently and respectfully explaining exercises and what muscles they work, celebrating your achievements and making you feel like you can hit your goals. To my surprise, I found that I enjoyed lifting weights under his guidance - something I expected to hate - and started feeling stronger than ever before. I also gained a better understanding about macronutrients and what they do for our bodies. And I got results - following Adam’s nutritional and fitness plan, I lost weight easily, and I never once felt I had to go without treats - everything in moderation. Adam takes all the mystery out of nutrition, fitness and weight loss, and with his genuine passion, intelligence and rigorous training can debunk all the latest myths and old wive’s tales doing the rounds, making a healthy, balanced lifestyle seem simple, intuitive and sustainable. He goes out of his way to be encouraging, working to your circumstances, personality and goals, helping you get the results you want. I recommend him whole-heartedly.
