We are really happy with the quality of work that Michael did for our oak wooden floor. It got completely transformed and looks beyond our expectations. It feels like someone installed a brand new floor which to us really shows a high standard of workmanship. The place was left really neat and dust free. Michael also provided us with valuable information on how to care for our floor which we really appreciate. Thanks again!

Michael and the team where excellent, here bang on time and got stuck in, I was hoping the floor would look good when they had finished. But I didn't it looked spectacular way beyond our expectations. Our whole living room was getting a makeover new furniture, decoration lights the works, the first thing anyone mentions is the floor. I was told Sand and Seal where the best and I can without any doubt confirm that, and nice people also.
Fantastic service, really friendly company to deal with, our 15 year old floor looks as good as new!! No dust anywhere either!! Can’t recommend enough - thank you so much!

Floors are definitely looking well after having the finished - however, this is definitely NOT a dust free process (pic attached just one example to illustrate the result of the process). Disappointed also to come home and find the lights in my lounge/dining/kitchen area not working. Would have appreciated some notice if a fuse had blown or something whilst the works were being carried out. Having to now fork out for an electrician to come look at it. (Addition added subsequent to companies response: I have acknowledged that the floor looks well - as it definitely does!! Also, none of my reviews are personally attacking of anyone’s character - all fact based reviews based on the experience I have had with that company - I understand others may have had more positive experiences. However the response given in return by the company to this review is personally attacking and not what one should expect from a business - you wouldn’t return a dish in a restaurant that you felt wasn’t up to standard and expect to be told to ‘take a good look at yourself son’).
