Replaced an old and defective sliding aluminium patio door with a UPVC one. Couldn’t fault the service. It did take longer than we would have liked to get it installed, but couldn’t find anyone else who could do it faster! Installation was quick, fitters were polite and everything left neat and tidy. Very pleased with it.

14 Dec 2020 If I could give less than 1 star I… If I could give less than 1 star I would. Had this company out and was given a quote for a pvc front and back door. I agreed to the price and was given a 6 week time scale. I called 4 or 5 times for an updated and eventually after no call back I asked for a manager to call me back. I was then informed the job had been priced wrong by the sales man and I'd have to pay an extra 225. After reading their reviews I see this is a standard thing with this company they have previously done this with an other customer. There customer service is sub standard to say the least and certainly do not keep their customers informed. After cancelling my order I feel relieved as god knows what their After care would have been like.
