Great place for kids under 10. Bit of a stretch for older kids. Very impressive that they reduced prices because of construction. Staff were lovely and so good with kids. Kept my 8 year old occupied for a good 2 hours. The virtual reality experience in the shop is well worth the money, very good altogether.

Amazing place to go, some fun things to do and some interesting exhibits. Family friendly for sure. Worth the visit. It can also be educational and you might learn a few new things from something in W5!
W5 is a great place for family's to bring young children. There's lots of different activities and games to try out with the whole family. There's so much to do that it can easily take up hours upon hours of your time to get through the 5 floors of fun. I would definitely recommend to family's couples or friends who want to try something different and have lots of fun in the process. Will definitely return in the future.
Highly recommend if you have kids. So much for them to do and explore. Plus dinosaur exhibit is really good at the moment.
Brilliant fun with so much to keep children entertained and busy. The winter wonderland story and train ride to see santa was amazing, so beautiful. The staff are lovely and very friendly and welcoming
