In reply to your comment, I had it dried in the salon too as i had extra time. I'm sure you're very disappointed at your lower rating but I'm more disappointed in a terrible and expensive haircut that wasn't 5 star at all as it wasn't just the extra bits that needed cutting, it was overall a bad haircut. Unfortunately after coming home and washing, drying and styling my hair the way I usually do a couple of days later, I discovered my hair looked terrible...I showed a picture of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it, I even asked other people in case I was being paranoid. It was somehow shorter at the front and behind my ears, but there were also random longer bits that obviously weren't cut throughout the rest of my hair. Really disappointing and a huge waste of money.

I have been going to Kelly for over 3 years for eyelash extensions and can confidently say that she is the best lash technician I have ever had! Having been to multiple different places before and since moving from Durham, Kelly has remained the best quality, long lasting and good priced lashes by a big margin! I have recommended her to so many of my friends and whenever I’m back in Durham to visit, booking an appointment with her is my first priority! Not only is the standard of her treatments so high, she is also such a friendly and lovely person and I always look forward to seeing her!
