The surgery is extremely well run - the doctors are very attentive, and the receptionists very helpful. My wife and I used the services regularly over a 4 year period. We never had issues scheduling appointments, and always felt content with the service received.

Doctors are lovely and me and my kids always recieve great care by the nurses here. The only let down is some of the receptionist ladies can be so rude. It doesn't matter how polite I am, they still give attitude at the desk and over the phone. I've also watched them do this to others at the reception desk and when they hang up the phone on people make nasty comments about that person. It's shocking some of the things I've heard them say about patients. If you're fed up with your job maybe you leave and give it up to someone who will appreciate your job better and has customer service skills. The only positive thing is the doctors and nurses are good. That's it.

Lovely service from this surgery HOWEVER that short lady with the crutch at reception is just purely disrespectful. Let's down the whole service. Extremely rude over the phone also.

The staff here are really lovely, every doctor and nurse I have met have been brilliant, however trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. This morning took me 147 attempts just to get on the call waiting list and when i eventually got through all appointments were gone. this is not unusual, it now happens everytime I phone. In future I wont even bother asking for an appointment, just for a gp to call me.

Although friendly, the doctors don’t seem to know what they are doing most of the time, caught one GP searching up symptoms on google. Most of the time I’m just told to take painkillers and it will go away.

Great surgery they always look after my partner really well Dr sharp is a really good doctor he always listens never feel like your being rushed .
