During these tough Covid times, I felt very safe within the establishment. The bar manager explained clearly the procedures on entering and showed us to our seats. Table service was brilliant and always greeted with a happy smile. The food was fantastic and the new menu has lots to choose from. The bar manager would go above and beyond to ensure we are happy and comfortable. She is a huge asset and due to her diligence we have returned many times now and intend on being a regular customer. Highly recommend.

So having moved up to Scotland I was looking for a place where I could play pool. What a gem this place is. When I was down in England I played County level pool which meant I had been to a lot of pool halls around England but this is by far the nicest one I have been to. From the second you walk in the door you are greeted with a fantastic manager, she was so helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed to care about her customers. It was by far the cleanest pool hall I have been to and the atmosphere even though because of corona there was no music was on point. It just had this great vibe about it. So having travelled to many pool tournaments in England the food in pool halls have a reputation of being mediocre at best! Not here the food we had was FANTASTIC! The cheesy chips and chicken strips tasted so good. The tables were one of the best I've ever played on and even though my cue is still down in England the cues they provided were great, not bent, chipped or had a rattle. I knew within 5 seconds of walking in that I was going to love the ballroom. I am really new to the area so didn't have anywhere to go until now. I am hoping to find a team to play for up here. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Brilliant staff, great decor and excellent tables. You have to try the double cheeseburger! Even during Covid, it's a great place to spend a few hours. Special thank you to Mel, who cooked our food and made sure our glasses were never empty!

Nice friendly staff... People in the place good too... Plenty of pool and snooker tables... Big screen TV for football golf etc...

Everything was fine until the bar manager skipped all of the songs our table and the table next to us had selected on the jukebox to accommodate "her friends table". So if you want to enjoy yourself in here you better run it past her first. Go elsewhere.

Plenty of pool and snooker tables to hire out, even on a Friday night. The drink is fairly priced although the food is very basic and bland, never tasted worse quacamoli before. However if you want to play pool it's 7.50 for an hour and you need to make a membership to play there which if free to do so.
