I have had a terrible experience with Belmont Kia. We bought a brand new Kia from them in 2013 because of the 7 year warranty. The car has broken down THREE times in as many months. They have been very unhelpful and slow with their service. One of the reception staff and the mechanic who deals with their customers were extremely unhelpful. I have been disgusted with their service. The car broke down for the third time yesterday and their unhelpfulness has continued. They have refused to cover the part under the 7 year warranty. It needs a new radiator and they have asked for over 400 for it. It's not even a year old. Disgraceful. We have taken the car back and taken it to the garage who usually fix our cars. An all in all terrible service from Belmont Kia. I would not recommend buying any car from them.

Friendly and helpful staff but usual sales tactics. Not a great run for a test drive..... Only lasted 5 mins or so and no where to show driving at speed, just town driving.
Glad that that they have sold it i lost a lot of money to them and they broke the law in doing it. And never got back to me hope the people involved end up job less.
We just had our annual service yesterday , unfortunately basic requiremnt of 10k miles Oil changes not done, it very much disappointed about doing main thing than checking for some eye wash checklist aall good...so One service over without any use..Keep careful about this tricks
Have never been in a Kia before, but extremely hard to buy a second hand Kia Picanto here. The salesman was a bit vague with my daughter about the difference between two more expensive models other than that one had more going for it than the other. He did ask what sort of price she were aiming at. 5000? He went to check if they had a car at that price, returned and said one had come in recently but was parked 'at the back'. After wandering round a couple of huge, dusty parking lots with him for about 10 minutes, he couldn't find it. Probably in the garage for prep, he said. Got back to the showroom, and, no we couldn't test drive anything else, despite what he said earlier. He was perfectly pleasant otherwise. Baffled. We had just been to a Nissan garage at Straiton where the head salesman couldn't have been more helpful, inc. checking what the car would be used for and coming up with a finance plan on a new car which made more sense than a 2nd hand car plus trade in for her old car.
